Know what's a cool evil dictator name? Pinochet. It manages to be both suave and sinister at the same time. A guy like Pol Pot, see, that's just too blunt. You don't hear that name and think, 'gee, he might be a ballerina, or a hair stylist.' The name just screams: check out my skull collection.
