Have you ever known someone who takes everything literally?
I have! Recent conversation with co-worker:
Her: Everyone adapts well to change except (another co-worker) Marie.
Me: Really?
Her: Yes, really. She's slow and doesn't change her ways.
Me: She should work for the government, then. (Ha,ha...it's funny because government is notoriously tedious and moves slowly.)
Her: Well, the Obama administration is changing a lot, too.
Curtain falls.
