Filler that gets stuck in your teeth.


What if, for no other reason than it exists, this entire entry consisted of nothing but information on celery. What if, week-after-week, this became the blog's sole focus? Suppose, after five consecutive years of blogging enthusiastically about celery, I suddenly added a bit about carrots?

Apium graveolens is used around the world as a vegetable, either for the crisp petiole (leaf stalk) or the fleshy toproot.
