Summoned to scene because of woman's complaints of being followed on foot by what she described as a glow-stick with thin, wild hair. From a children's Halloween party, she said. Said glow-stick produced a crunchy sound as it walked, or bounced towards the victim, who described herself as very frightened, and suddenly very thirsty. Victim hid and waited in her car until authorities arrived.

Police neutralized the offending celery with heavy doses of ranch dressing.
Broccoli backups were not needed.
